Terms and Conditions
Prices: The cost of this tour is exclusively determined by Tirosh Expeditions in partnership with Arie Bar-David Tourism, Israel. Prices are per person based on double occupancy in a room.
Reservations: Reservation for your tour should be made as soon as possible, as spaces are very limited. A per person registration fee of $300 (Non- refundable) is required to guarantee your reservation. For reservations made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due immediately with your registration form.
Hotels: First class lodgings are provided throughout Israel. Prices are based on a per person rate sharing a twin-bedded room. For single occupancy, add additional $55 per day.
Meals: Meals included consist of buffet style breakfasts and dinners. Additionally, lunches will be provided during the duration of the tour. Beverages other than coffee or tea at breakfast and dinner are not included.
Ground Transportation: Ground transportation is owned & operated by Arie Bar-David. Tours will be conducted on an air-conditioned 20-passenger bus specially designed for sight-seeing.
Sight-Seeing: Tirosh Expeditions utilizes only government-licensed guides. This tour includes a full program of sight-seeing. Guides may vary the sequence of sight-seeing programs or make substitutions if necessitated by circumstances beyond our control.
Taxes, tips & other fees: All such amounts are included in your registration & Ground fee. Not Included in the Tour Costs: Airfare to Israel, non-menu beverages at breakfast and dinner, items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone-call service charges, room service, domestic travel to and from the departure airport, excess baggage charges and all other items not stated as included.
Insurance: Tirosh Expedition and any associated parties are not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage or personal belongings, personal injury, accidents, or illness. Experienced international passengers typically purchase travel insurance before any trip. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for each participant. Your current health insurance should be checked for coverage abroad. Cancellation Policy: Registration fee of $300 will not be refunded upon cancellation. No cancellation penalties for land arrangements shall be made for cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure. For those received within 60 days of departure, penalties are: 45 – 59 days: 25% deduction, 31-44 days: 50% deduction & 1-30: 75% deductions will be made from your ground fee. Extreme Circumstances: In the event of an act of God, war, natural disaster or other event or circumstance beyond our control, you shall 1. Receive full refund or 2. Be rescheduled to another available tour dates. Also, in the event Tirosh Expeditions or other involved parties cancels the tour, you shall 1. Receive a full refund or 2. Be rescheduled to another available tour dates. Final Payment: Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. For reservations made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due immediately with your registration form. Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement I intend to participate in a Tirosh Expeditions tour. Tirosh Expeditions is promoting this tour in cooperation with various Christian churches and ministries. My participation in this tour is entirely voluntary. I voluntarily assume all risk to myself and my property (including the possible risk of accident, injury, illness, death, damage, loss, and destruction) arising from my travel and participation in this trip. I assume such risks regardless of their causes, which may include but are not limited to the failure to supervise any persons, traveling to and from the foreign country, U.S. departure site, foreign cities, and various personal/recreational ventures made on my own during the trip, and the negligence of third parties. In consideration for Tirosh Expeditions advocacy of this trip and their permitting my participation, I will not hold Tirosh Expeditions or its trustees, officers, employees, ministers, or leaders liable for damages or any injuries I might sustain during the tour. I release, discharge, and forever hold harmless Tirosh Expeditions and its trustees, officers, employees, ministers, or leaders, in both their individual and representative capacities as applicable, from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, physically or emotionally, or losses stemming from injury to person or property that arise from or in any way relate to my participation in this tour. I have carefully read this Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement and understand its contents. I voluntarily sign it and realize that it will bind me, my family, my heirs, and personal representatives.
